Wendy Stoll is a NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer with an extensive background in the health and fitness industry. Wendy got her start in fitness as a group exercise instructor. She then branched out on her own and opened a small group aerobics studio. Later, she fell in love with the personal attention side of personal training. She has worked with people of all fitness levels from age 9-93.
